Dataset of Ankyrin repeat proteins Dataset of Known Ankyrin repeat proteins: AnkPred prediction is provided for 130 Ankyrin repeat proteins annotated in UniProt. Prediction by structure based method, Console, and sequence based method, RADAR is also provided and can be downloaded from the link below.
